On Tuesday May 17th, all 115 of our marching uniforms are coming to the school from the dry-cleaners! We will need some extra parent help to reorganize/re-rack them to be ready for next year's season. If you are able to spare some time next Tuesday right after school (2:30p) we will be at the band uniform room (down the hall from the band room) for a few hours! Area concert/fundraising opportunity Thursday May 19th - We need your help!
1) Help in our concession booth. Setup from 3pm until 5 pm, and help in the booth from 5 pm until cleanup by 9pm.
2) Bring baked goods (cookies, brownies, etc) pre-wrapped for sale (50 cents each) the day of the concert- drop off in front of the gym between 3-5:30 pm.

There are openings on the Mira Mesa Instrumental Music Boosters (MMIMB) executive board. Open positions are: Second Vice President, Assistant Treasurer (both are usually Representatives of the Colorguard), Secretary, Communications, Alumni, Public Relations, Refreshments, and Ways and Means. (We are hoping for 2 parents to step-up and work as a team for Ways and Means.) We cannot do this without your help. Please come to the Booster's meeting on Thursday, May 26th at 7pm FOR ELECTIONS. June 1st and June 3rd Benefit Show plans are underway! We need parent help cooking pasta, assisting in the kitchen, taking tickets and seating families.
