The site serves as a vehicle for communication among those involved with the MMHS Sapphire Sound. The purpose of the site is to boost the Mira Mesa High School Band and Color Guard. Features and information may be added, modified, deleted, discontinued or suspended anytime including availability of content.

You promise to use the services provided by the site appropriately and interact with the site users in the most respectful and professional manner. This site cannot be used for illegal or unlawful purposes.
a. You agree to use the site to access information about the Sapphire Sound for news and information purposes only.
b. You agree to use the site to communicate with the Sapphire Sound members, staff, boosters and colleagues in the most respectable and professional manner.
c. You agree to use the site for legal purposes and family-friendly purposes only.

a. You are not to abuse, harrass, intimidate, and threaten other users, guests, and site visitors.
b. You are not to post and/or transmit material and information that are libelous, defamatory, obscene, offensive, profane, infringing, illegal, and adult-related or non-family-friendly.
c. You are not to use this site for illegal and/or adult-related material purposes.
d. You are not to use this site to solicit private information from others.
e. You are not to use this site to distribute unwanted e-mail and information.
f. You are not to use this site to spam and advertise unapproved or unrelated services and information.

j. You are not to publish personal information on the Web site that has not been approved for publication by the owner of information.

By posting and/or submitting content, you agree that you own the content and own all rights to the content. Report any bad and inappropriate content to the Webmaster immediately for removal.

Sapphire Sound and MMIMB respect the intellectual property of others. If there is any copyright or trademark violation, please contact the Webmaster immediately to have the material removed.

Sapphire Sound and MMIMB respect the privacy of others. Private information collected will not be shared with others. Personal e-mail and phone numbers should not be published unless approved by the owner of the e-mail and phone number. If given access, your account and special user access are protected by username and password. The provided username and password must be protected and secured at all times. Never share the site and account username and password to anyone.
